QBSA

The Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA) is your ultimate protection. It is the consumer watch dog appointed by the Queensland Government to protect your interests and rights. They have a report on every builder. Its’ aim is to make the building industry a professional and leading edge provider of quality products.

They compile this information for your protection.

It is therefore ESSENTIAL that you obtain a QBSA report on any builder prior to entering into a contract to build with them.

Because of our commitment to this process, and because we understand that some clients may find the task a little daunting, we will arrange to obtain the QBSA report on your behalf for any builder that you are proposing to build with. Simply register with a consultants at one of our display centres and advise them of your requirements.

For your convenience we provide an extract of the relevant information from our QBSA report. The original may be inspected in our office.

This information reflects the data held in the Authority’s Register prior to 1 January 2010.
